WET PRESSING PROCESS
- Surface characteristics: Smooth and flat, no fluff, no dust, no powder.
- Backside texture: Features stainless steel mesh imprint traces (distinctive mark of wet pressing).
- Variant option: Double-sided smooth version available with no visible mesh traces.
- Core technique: Stainless steel mesh layer placement between mold and pulp reduces water retention.
ZERO-DEGREE DEMOLDING PROCESSS
- Key innovation: Pre-mounting product on zero-degree draft mold before drawing process.
- Technical outcome: Eliminates thermal expansion deformation forces.
- Structural advantage: Achieves true zero draft angle demolding.

DRY PRESSING PROCESS
- Front side: Relatively smooth (less refined than wet pressing).
- Backside: Slightly rough with subtle, shallow mesh traces (difficult for non-experts to discern).
- Visual identifier: Minimal mesh pattern depth (0.1-0.3mm).
SEMI-WET PRESSING PROCESS
- Hybrid positioning: Bridges dry/wet pressing with mold accuracy comparable to wet pressing.
- Surface quality: Relatively smooth finish.
- Production strength: Optimized for ultra-large quantity orders.
- Automation compatibility: High-quality dry pressing enables full automated production.
